Hi! My name is Ezra Damrau, I am the founder of Ez Invoices- a tool for contractors to make their paperwork a little easier. I started this website after working as an electrican. My boss would write his invoices down on a square piece of cardboard. A $30,000 invoice on a piece of cardboard! Several times he would dig under his seat and find long lost invoices, thousands of dollars that he could no longer collect. I decided to solve this problem. Instead of bringing the paperwork (or cardboard) home, a contractor can assemble their quote or invocie in a few minutes and send it to the customer while looking them in the eye. I am building a low-priced tool for creating invoices, keeping track of costs and profit, and doing the paperwork on the jobsite, not at home. It should take minutes to learn, not hours, and it should not need a dedicated employee.
How it is made
Built and answered by one person
I write the software and I read the email. There is no support desk between you and the person who can change the product.
You build the invoice on the phone, send the link, and the customer can pay by card once your bank is connected. Card payments run on Stripe. EZ Invoices does not store the card number.
The money
The plan price is the charge
Free is $0 for 5 invoices a month, and it does not ask for a card. Pro is $9.99 a month. Business is $19.99 a month. New customers pay $1 a month for Pro, or $1.50 a month for Business, for the first 3 months. Then the regular price starts.
When a customer pays an invoice by card, that money goes to your connected bank. EZ Invoices does not take a percentage of it. Stripe processes the card and charges its own processing fee.

Card payments run on Stripe, a payment company already used by millions of businesses. I do not publish customer reviews until I can name the contractor who wrote them.
