1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ez2Invoice, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Ez2Invoice on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Ez2Invoice is an invoicing and estimate management platform designed for solo contractors and small businesses. The platform allows users to create invoices and estimates, track materials and labor, apply markups, collect payments, and deliver bills to clients via email or SMS.

Early-Stage Notice: Ez2Invoice is currently in active development. Features may change, and occasional service interruptions may occur. We will do our best to communicate any significant changes in advance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at edamrau@hotmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Ez2Invoice offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed incorrectly.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ez2Invoice to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices or documents
• Violate any applicable laws, including tax, financial reporting, or consumer protection laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers, or other users' data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the service
• Harvest or scrape data from the platform without express written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data and content you input into Ez2Invoice, including client information, invoices, and financial records. By using the service, you grant Ez2Invoice a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide and improve the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you submit. Ez2Invoice is a tool and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.

7. Payments Processed Through the Platform

Invoice payments made by your clients through Ez2Invoice are processed by Stripe. By using the payment collection feature, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Ez2Invoice is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, or errors that occur within the Stripe payment system.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Ez2Invoice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during this early development phase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ez2Invoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ez2Invoice and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at edamrau@hotmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
