Frequently Asked Questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes! The Starter plan is 100% free forever. You can create up to 5 invoices per month, which is enough for many solo contractors. There are no hidden fees or credit card required to sign up.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day trial of Pro or Business, you'll be automatically moved to the Starter plan unless you choose to subscribe. You won't be charged anything without your permission.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe integration. For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers.
Are there any transaction fees?
Ez2Invoice doesn't charge transaction fees. However, Stripe (our payment processor) charges standard processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card transaction for payments your clients make.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! You can save 20% by paying annually. That's $278/year for Pro (instead of $348) and $566/year for Business (instead of $708). Contact us at edamrau@hotmail.com to set up annual billing.
