Frequently Asked Questions
Is the $1 price permanent?
No. It is a new-customer offer. Pro is $1/month and Business is $1.50/month for your first 3 months. After that they bill at the regular $9.99 and $19.99 a month. Cancel before month 4 and you never pay the regular price.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Free needs only an email and a password. You add a card only when you pick Pro or Business.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Plan & billing. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. Your customers can still pay you by card, or by check, cash, or transfer if you write those instructions on the invoice.
Are there any transaction fees?
EZ Invoices doesn't charge transaction fees. Stripe charges its standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card payment your customers make.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not right now. Plans are monthly, and you can cancel any time.
