Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Ez2Invoice uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use our application. It is written to comply with the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, and applicable cookie consent laws.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you do not have to re-enter them whenever you return. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remaining until they expire or you delete them).
2. Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookies:
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They enable core features like user authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies as the service cannot function without them.
- sb-auth-token — Supabase authentication session cookie. Session-based.
- sb-refresh-token — Keeps your session active without re-logging in. Expires in 7 days.
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a better experience, such as your preferred plan selection or saved form state.
- ez2_prefs — Stores UI preferences such as selected plan. Expires in 30 days.
We do not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and seek your consent before doing so.
When you make or receive a payment, Stripe may set cookies to facilitate the checkout process and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.
3. Your Cookie Choices
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in.
- Opt-out tools: For any future third-party cookies, we will provide appropriate opt-out mechanisms in compliance with applicable law.
Browser-specific cookie settings:
Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because we do not use any behavioral tracking cookies at this time, this signal has no practical effect on our current cookie usage. We will revisit this as the platform grows.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the platform evolves and new technologies are introduced. We will post updates on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
6. Contact Us
